During the fun election night on June 9, Dany Zichem Arias Millan was elected Mr. Bear Netherlands 2023. It was an exciting final, with strong candidates who challenged each other big time. Eventually Dany received the most votes, both from the public, whose share in the total result amounted to 30%, and from the jury, whose votes counted for 70%.
Dany as Mr. Bear and Bappie as a strong runner-up, it's a great tandem, which hopefully we will see together often. Dany wants to support Bappie's strive to make the trans bears feel themselves at home in the bear community wherever he can. We couldn't wish for better ambassadors for the bear community!
